Great guesthouse. Clean, comfortable, right in the centre of the island so just minutes from the airport and then ideal for any direction of adventure. In a real Hawaiian town not a resort with local cages restaurants and stores walking distance. Maureen is a lovely lady very accommodating and quick to communicate. Pool area is clean and cosy, laundry on site and chairs and other beach equipment free to use. The perfect Maui stay.Posted on Google nancy alejoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I spent a wonderful 5 nights at this very comfortable, extreme clean lodging. The Wailuku Guesthouse was a great place to stay. It was very convenient to everywhere near Wailuku and Kahului. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. It was also located very close to the University of Hawaii Mau'i Campus. Loved being so close to Iao Valley. Our suite came with parking which really helped. The resident cat, Kitty Kitty, is friendly and would always greet us with meows and body rubs every morning, and whenever we returned home from a busy and fun day. We will definitely be returning to this airbnb.Posted on Google Ewelina LTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Perfect place as a base to enjoy all spots you want to visit around all sides of the island - everything within 15-40 minutes drive range. You will find there everything you need, you can use the pool, do the loundry and take beach nessesities with you for the day, also there’s a picnic cooler to enjoy cold drinks on the beach. We liked the place very much.Posted on Google Vicki DurrellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We loved Maureen’s place! The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. The grounds are a tropical paradise. There's a pool and laundry all the facilities you could want. It's right downtown so anything in wailuku is easy to walk to. The owner, Maureen, was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend staying here. Next time I'm in the islands I'll be calling her up for a place to stay.Posted on Google Magnus & Leigh NordinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We adored the Wailuku Guesthouse! Maureen and her team showed us genuine hospitality and made our visit unforgettable. The guesthouse is quaint, safe and centrally located for all of our Maui adventuring. We loved the salt water pool and waterfall that made coming home to the guesthouse our special sanctuary. We stayed in the Plantation room. Its high ceilings and vintage Hawaiian decor made us feel right at home. The room had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker that came in handy. There is also a window AC unit, but we preferred letting the island breezes flow in from the window along with the ceiling fan. Free parking, filtered water, snorkel gear, beach towels and a little beach cooler are all included. There is laundry with good machines onsite as well for a nominal fee, paid directly to the guesthouse team so you don’t have to worry about coins or a laundry card. Detergent was provided too. We have done a lot of Airbnb hopping on our trip to Maui and the Wailuku Guesthouse was our favorite! Next time we are skipping the rest and coming directly here. Highly recommend!Posted on Google Eliza McGarrTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Maureen and her crew were incredible and so helpful! The Wasabi room was perfect in every way, we loved Wailuku and can’t wait to come back!
