Our rates are listed directly on our homepage, no digging required. These reflect our standard pricing, with discounted rates available for weekly stays. Be sure to check our Specials section as well for seasonal, last-minute, or limited-time offers.
In addition to booking online, we’re always happy to help personally. You can reach us by phone or email for real-time availability and reservation support. Maureen will answer calls daily from 9am to 9pm HST, and we respond to emails quickly, often within the same day.
With our pricing and limited number of rooms, we do tend to book up quickly. We recommend reserving as early as possible to secure your dates.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash or personal checks. Charges will appear as “The Wailuku Guesthouse” on your statement.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- This deposit is refundable (minus a cancellation fee) if canceled:
- More than 60 days before arrival
- More than 120 days prior for full guesthouse bookings
- Cancellation fees:
- $250 for Mill, Plantation, Hibiscus, Wasabi
- $450 for Garden Ohana
- $1,500 for full guesthouse
- Within these windows, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

- 30 days or less: full payment required and non-refundable
Once booked, your dates are held exclusively for you. Late cancellations make it difficult to rebook, which is why these policies are in place. We appreciate your understanding.

Your room will be clean upon arrival. As a vacation rental, daily maid service is not included, but we’re always happy to provide fresh towels, coffee, or essentials during your stay.
